Oxirze Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing Oxirze products! We stand behind our protein shaker bottle with a limited 1 year warranty.

1 Year Warranty Coverage:

Our limited lifetime warranty covers the following defects:

Rust on the shaker bottle.
Factory Defects: We cover factory defects or damaged pieces
Durability Issues: We cover rusting or cracks in the stainless steel material under normal use.

Our 1 year warranty is only valid for product replacement and does not warrant a refund of any type. Please note that our warranty is void if our products are used for commercial purposes or damaged during abnormal use. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear is not covered. Damage from improper use or care, such as putting your products in the freezer and/or dishwasher, is not covered. Damage to paint is not covered. Our warranty only covers the functionality of the product.

What is not covered under our warranty:

Dropped/dented products.
Any other physical damage.

Please note that Oxirze products purchased from unauthorized dealers, or any other third-party sellers, will not be covered by our warranty.

Filing a Warranty Claim:

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

First and last name.
Email address.
Phone number.
Reason for the warranty claim.
Date of purchase.
Photo copy of receipt.
Proof of the warranty issue photo or video.

Once your claim has been processed, we will send you a prepaid label to return your product.
Upon arrival of your return, we will reach out to you via email with the status of your warranty claim and estimated ship date of your new replacement if applicable.

Defective products must be returned directly to Oxirze in adequate packaging to prevent damage during shipping. An original copy of the receipt must be included with your return.
